Emmera’s Return Policy

At Emmera, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for online orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return Policy:

  • Returns/Exchanges must be informed within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours with proof (e.g., photos of the damage or incorrect item). We will offer a free exchange or return in such cases.
  • Returns must be shipped back by the customer. If we arrange return shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Products purchased during sales are non-refundable.
  • Please return the unused products in the same condition they were received. We cannot process refunds or store credits for used or damaged products.

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds will be processed for the total amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
  • Please allow up to 10 days from the return delivery date for your refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.

For COD Orders:

  • For orders paid through COD, a store credit will be issued for the return, valid for up to 1 year.
