Cancellation policy

● For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be reimbursed no later than 14 days.

Return policy

● NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGE

● WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG
PRODUCT.

● In case you have received a wrong or a damaged product, you have to inform
us within 48 hours with proof. We will provide free of cost exchange and
returns.

● Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the refunds to be processed
and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE.

● Payments made with COD option will receive STORE CREDIT WORTH THE SAME AMOUNT AS YOUR PRODUCT VALUE.

● Products purchased during ANY SALE are NON-REFUNDABLE.
